Bottling Craze

Adam Cawrse - Wednesday, September 29, 2010

It's harvest time and that means we need to have empty tanks for more grapes & juice!  The summer was really busy, so we've been playing a little catch-up with bottling.  We've been bottling each Tuesday and Thursday since September 1st, and average between 400-1000+ gallons per day.  We're ready to exhale, but there really isn't time!  We have 5 tons of Old Vine Zinfandel grapes being picked TODAY in Lodi, California.  They'll be put in a refrigerated truck and shipped to us this week.  In addition, we have more Riesling, Concord, and Fredonia coming our way.  I can't imagine how we'll manage everything in a couple more years once we can harvest our own grapes as well! :-)

We hope to see you soon!  Please consider coming to our clam bake on October 9th.  Tickets are only available for 2 more days!

God Bless,

Adam
